Um ano e meio após XXXTENTACION lançar ?, a edição deluxe chegou.

A nova versão do projeto foi anunciado pela primeira vez em março. O pacote Deluxe traz um disco duplo que apresenta todos os instrumentais do álbum original, além do EP de 2017 de X, A Ghetto Christmas Carol, memorandos de voz das sessões de gravação do álbum e novas músicas com Rico Nasty e o compositor japonês de videogame Yoko Shimomura. Um livreto contendo fotos nunca antes vistas também será incluído. Enquanto isso, a exclusiva versão extra deluxe de três LPs inclui todos os itens acima e os álbuns em vinil também.

O disco atualizado chega algumas semanas após o lançamento da música “Royalty” com Vybz Kartel, Stefflon Don e Ky-Mani Marley, um som inspirado no Caribe, produzido por Jon Fx, que mostra a capacidade do rapper do sul da Flórida de ser um artista de muitos gêneros.

Este não será o último material novo que recebemos de XXX. Em junho, um novo álbum foi anunciado, e agora sabemos que o projeto é o disco Bad Vibes Forever.

“A influência musical de X certamente aumentará no próximo lançamento de seu novo álbum, que contará com algumas das estrelas mais quentes de hoje”, dizia um comunicado de imprensa da equipe do rapper.

Este será o segundo álbum póstumo do falecido rapper, seguindo Skins em dezembro de 2018, que apresentou as músicas com “Bad!” e “One Minute”, com Kanye West e Travis Barker.
