O Emmy Awards de 2019 chegou, premiando o melhor do ano passado na televisão americana pela Academia de Artes e Ciências da Televisão. Como de costume, a 71ª cerimônia anual ocorreu no Microsoft Theatre de Los Angeles, já que os melhores da televisão são premiados. Liderando as indicações está Game Of Thrones, que terminou neste ano, com um total recorde de 32 indicações. Outros favoritos incluem a série When They See Us (Olhos Que Condenam) da Netflix, Chernobyl da HBO e, é claro, This Is Us da NBC.

Pela quarta vez em sua história, o Emmy Awards não terá um único apresentador, trazendo muitos nomes estrelares para anunciar os vencedores da noite. Incluindo Anthony Anderson, Jimmy Kimmel, Nick Cannon, Kim Kardashian, Zendaya e Taraji P. Henson, entre outros.
